You may return any unused/non-worn shoes within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price(excluding shipping).
All returns must be in the original box and in its original condition.
You will be charged the full amount if shoes have been worn and are not in its original condition. Shoes that are soiled, with scuffed soles or toe marks are not returnable.
A separate shipping box should be used with the original box inside for a return.
Any worn Heelys wheels or missing Heelys tool will be subject to a $10.00 re-stocking fee.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept socks after the seal or bag has been broken.
Do not place tape, postage or write on manufacturer's shoe box, otherwise a $5.00 Re-Boxing fee will apply
A Sneakerland Return/Exchange form is not required. If you do not have the Sneakerland Return/Exchange form, you may include a note indicating the return with your name, address and phone number.
Once we receive your item, please allow 10 business days to receive your credit (minus re-stocking or re-boxing fees, if any).
Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We do not pay for shipping returns. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned merchandise.
If USPS has confirmed that your items were delivered to the requested address, Sneakerland assumes that you have received your order. If the order has not arrived within ten days, prior to contacting Sneakerland, please contact your local post office with the tracking information. Packages are often accepted by a friend, neighbor or relative. If USPS has confirmed delivery, Sneakerland cannot be held responsible and will not re-ship the order. Any lost and/or damaged shipping claims are done directly through USPS only not with Sneakerland. USPS normally allows 2-4 weeks to finalize the claim and for the money to be refunded.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time your return is received and processed.
We do not pay for shipping exchanges.

A Sneakerland Return/Exchange form is not required. If you do not have the Sneakerland Return/Exchange form, you may include a note indicating the exchange. Be sure to include the name on the order and what you would like done with the return. Example: "Please exchange for a size 10" OR "too small-please refund".
